AlloyMove A03 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner Review: My Go-To Vacuum for Pet Hair
Lightweight, powerful and particularly impressive with pet hair, the AlloyMove A03 has become the vacuum I automatically reach for when cleaning my home.
Researched by Big Deal Babe ·
Quick verdict
After eight months of regular use, the AlloyMove A03 remains my go-to vacuum. It is lightweight, easy to grab for everyday cleaning and surprisingly powerful, especially when tackling animal hair. I think it is best suited to flats, apartments and smaller homes where its cordless convenience really comes into its own. The only consideration is its limited runtime compared with a corded vacuum, although this has rarely caused me any difficulty.

Best for
Smaller homes, flats, apartments and pet owners who want a lightweight everyday vacuum.
I have been using the AlloyMove A03 for around eight months, usually vacuuming approximately three times a week. Despite having other options available, this is the vacuum I naturally reach for most often. The main reason is convenience. It is lightweight, cordless and quick to pick up whenever the floors need attention. That makes it particularly useful when you have pets and find yourself dealing with animal hair several times a week. It also has far more suction than I initially expected. In fact, the stronger settings can be too powerful for some of my rugs, causing them to lift away from the floor. I normally use the lowest suction level on those and save the more powerful settings for carpets and areas where pet hair has collected.
Key Features
- 450W motor with claimed suction of up to 45kPa
- Three selectable suction strengths
- Anti-tangle floor head
- Detachable rechargeable battery
- Self-standing design
- Lightweight cordless construction
- Suitable for hard flooring, rugs, carpets and pet hair
- Advertised runtime of up to 60 minutes
What I Liked
Excellent performance on animal hair
This has performed very well in a home with pets. It picks up a substantial amount of hair from my floors and carpets, even when an area does not look especially dirty beforehand. The combination of strong suction and an anti-tangle floor head makes it a practical choice for regular pet-related cleaning. After eight months, its ability to deal with animal hair remains one of the things I appreciate most about it.
Adjustable suction that genuinely makes a difference
The three suction strengths are useful rather than gimmicky. Being able to lower the power for lightweight rugs prevents the vacuum from simply lifting them, while the stronger settings provide the extra pull needed for carpets and stubborn debris.
Lightweight and easy to reach for
A vacuum can have excellent specifications, but that means very little if it feels like a chore to get it out. The AlloyMove A03 is light and convenient enough for quick, regular cleaning, which is why it has become my everyday choice. Its self-standing design is another useful touch, allowing me to pause while cleaning without having to lean it against furniture or place it on the floor.
Things to Know
Although the manufacturer advertises up to 60 minutes of runtime, I get approximately 45 minutes in real-world use. Actual battery life will naturally depend on the suction setting being used, with the more powerful modes consuming more energy. I would always welcome a longer runtime, but this is a common limitation with cordless stick vacuums. In my smaller home, each cleaning session only uses a fraction of the battery. Vacuuming roughly every other day means I can usually go for around two weeks before needing to recharge it. Someone cleaning a much larger house in one session may need to recharge more frequently. The battery is detachable, which provides more flexibility than a permanently fitted battery.
Who Is It Best For?
The AlloyMove A03 is particularly well suited to:
- Flats, apartments and smaller houses
- Homes with cats, dogs or other pets
- Regular maintenance cleaning
- Anyone who finds a heavier vacuum cumbersome
- People who want adjustable suction for different floor types
- Anyone looking for a convenient alternative to getting out a full-sized corded vacuum
It may be less suitable if you need to deep-clean a large home continuously without stopping to recharge.

Final verdict
The AlloyMove A03 has genuinely impressed me. After eight months and regular use around three times a week, it is still my go-to vacuum and continues to perform exceptionally well on animal hair. It is lightweight, easy to use and powerful enough for both routine cleaning and more demanding carpeted areas. Although I would not object to a longer battery life, the runtime is more than adequate for my smaller home and the way I use it. For pet owners or anyone living in a flat, apartment or smaller house, this is a very practical cordless vacuum that makes frequent cleaning feel considerably less bothersome.
